You may request a return if your item meets all of the following conditions:
The product is unused, unopened, and in its original packaging
The request is made within 7 days of receiving your order
The item is defective or damaged upon delivery
Returns requested outside of these conditions may not be accepted.
Due to safety and hygiene protocols, the following items cannot be returned unless deemed defective upon inspection:

Opened cartridges or pods
Accessories that show signs of use

Our team will guide you through the return process, including providing return instructions and address details.
Once your return is received, it will be inspected within 3–5 business days.
If approved:
A replacement item will be shipped, or
A refund will be processed to your original payment method (if applicable)
Refunds usually reflect within 7–10 business days, depending on your bank or payment provider.
If the return is due to a defective or damaged item, N9NE will cover the return shipping costs.
If the return is due to a change of mind, the customer is responsible for return shipping fees.
We offer one-time exchanges for unused and unopened items of equal or lesser value. Contact our support team to initiate an exchange.
If your device is not working properly, please try the following before requesting a return:
Ensure the device is fully charged
Check that the pod is inserted correctly
Try replacing the pod with a new one
If the issue persists, contact our support team for a warranty evaluation or return instructions.
N9NE reserves the right to refuse returns that do not meet the conditions outlined in this policy or appear to involve misuse, unauthorized modifications, or neglect.
